"I stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The room had a noticeable damp, musty smell as soon as I walked in, which made it feel unclean. There were gnats flying around the room, which only added to the discomfort. To make matters worse, the shower didn’t drain properly, so water started pooling while I was using it. While I was relieved that my stay was only for one night, I expected much better quality for the price I paid. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet basic expectations."

"Everything seemed relaxed and very welcoming the staff were very accommodating and always available very knowledgeable and helpful however I noticed. a shortage of shampoo and conditioner in my room any room was pretty decent clean snapped up AC work nice view but basically there was no conditioner or anything to moisturize or smell nice afterl bathing other than that everything was very peaceful thank you. "Here’s a polished, professional review while keeping your voice and tone: I’ve been staying at Sheraton Suites since the 1990s, and one thing I can always count on is the cleanliness of the property and its central, convenient location. Over the years, it has been a reliable place to stay. However, I must say that since the recent renovations, some changes have been less than favorable. The addition of a $12 per night parking fee and an $8 charge for receiving packages feels excessive and takes away from the overall guest experience. During this stay, I was placed at the very end of a long corridor, which made for quite an inconvenient and unpleasant walk—especially compared to previous visits. That said, I do want to highlight that the front desk personnel during this visit were excellent—very professional, welcoming, and helpful. In fact, they stood out even more than my last stay in October 2025. Overall, while the hotel still maintains its cleanliness and prime location, I hope management will reconsider some of these new charges and guest experience decisions moving forward."
