"Stayed at Hotel Abi d'Oru for 6 night late August/early September and had a wonderful experience. The place is gorgeous, close to the beach and the staff is super attentive. I enjoyed the restaurant the most, starting with a fantastic breakfast, with a great selection of fresh ripe fruit pastries and egg dishes, and usually ending with dinner there. The restaurant at the hotel is absolutely superb with a new menu every day and fantastic pasta dishes with truffles and ragouts and stuff. After trying to have dinner outside the hotel, a few nights, we ended up reverting to having dinner at the hotel as the food there was massively superior to other places. I wanted to mention how attentive, welcoming and friendly the staff was, in particular at the restaurant as well as the cleaning staff as it truly contributed to a great experience. Finally we also had a fantastic experience at the GUARINO shop at the hotel where the selection of clothing was absolutely superb and the salesperson, Constantina was just so nice and passionate about her job, often recommending pieces of clothing that we ended up buying, even calling my friend with a lot of affection in her eyes, a Bellissimo Bambini... In short it was a wonderful experience all around. "
"The hotel was set in beautiful gardens. We stayed in the Villa. Clean rooms, great food and outstanding friendly and helpful staff. We totally enjoyed our stay. Hotel though would benefit from putting on a courtesy bus into Olbia as transport is limited. Would definitely return. "
"The staff was amazing. It was great to have a restaurant right there. The beach was right there, literally down the steps! It was a very very nice beach. After staying here for two nights, I felt refreshed and relaxed. I had the only single room in the place, which was up a large number of stairs, the last flight being of a small creaky wooden circular staircase. If you have trouble walking upstairs, this might not be your place. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this location."
"The hotel was perfect for our beach holiday. Very relaxing stay, our room had a wonderful sea view and it was great to have the use of the hotel swimming pool and gardens when we wanted. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, all very efficient and created a relaxed, family atmosphere. A few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel but hotel food was very good too. "A lovely property and Host was excellent to deal with but Property Manager was not. Had not checked property before we arrived to ensure everything was working. Had no internet for the whole of the visit despite it being identified as a problem on arrival. Outside this the property is lovely comfortable and very family friendly. The Host compensated us with a meal in an excellent restaurant because of the problems that was very much appreciated and helped making our stay very pleasant."
