The property enjoys an excellent location 600 m above sea level, with a pleasant microclimate and fantastic views of the sea and mountains. In addition to the recently opened municipal pool, the beach is just 15 minutes away via a new road inaugurated in 2024, and it is about 130 km from the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, known for its excellent beaches such as Mónsul or Los Genoveses.
