"The shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles were almost empty and not secured in the rack. Also took a long time for the AC to cool the room but did eventually get the room to the desired temp."

"White man at the front desk is rude & not helpful!! The man with the housekeeping is rude too. Room 202 needs work: double black out blinds in living room only, checked-in with dirty used towel and an eyelash in the bathroom, lights in bathroom need to be re-done - lights glitch & switches don’t match the lights being turned on, a little bit of mold in the shower area."

"The room was very clean, but the floor in front of the door was damp, I'm guessing from the air conditioner but maybe because it rained. The front desk staff was kind, the air conditioning worked well but was very loud in our room. Breakfast was lacking but I guess what you'd expect for continental."
