"This property was trying but hallways were smoky and our room did not have hot running water. The safe and refrigerator did not work. The air conditioning did work and we were grateful for that. The breakfast was Indonesian which was ok, but would have liked a non sugary cereal and fruit juice."

"i think you need to read past reviews with a grain of salt. Similar to some Amazon reviewers, there are folks that just can't be satisfied. If you've ever stayed at a Motel 6 in the US, this place is leaps and bounds better. Sure, it lacks amenities, like a shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap. And if you demand a western-style breakfast, get over it - your'e traveling....in Indonesia...and it's free. If you're a budget traveler, this place rocks"

"Had a Transit Package a week ago and I already knew that when it was time to stay here.., that I’d love it. And indeed, I did. Beautiful lobby. Amazing staff. My room on the third floor had views over the water. Nothing was too difficult. I had a very early flight and would therefore miss breakfast, so it was all organised for me, to have a breakfast box prior to check out. Forgot a couple of items, and the staff were quick to respond to say they’d located them and have them there for me when I come back next week for another stay. Excellent. Highly recommend."
