Room service food was consistently cold and forgot my drink on one occasion. Front desk was very prompt to address any and all concerns. Several workers are fluent in both English and Portuguese. Top floor rooms either have a small bathroom and a balcony, or a window, larger room, and a large bathroom - the balcony is really cool, but the small bathrooms could’ve been a tad bigger.

O hotel tem uma estrutura física que aparenta ser boa, mas infelizmente a gestão e o cuidado com o hóspede deixam muito a desejar. Logo no atendimento, já é perceptível o despreparo da equipe da recepção. Os recepcionistas demonstram desinteresse, limitando-se a responder apenas o básico, sem simpatia, sem oferecer sugestões ou mostrar qualquer disposição em ajudar. Em alguns momentos, estavam no celular e atendiam como se estivessem fazendo um favor. Outro ponto muito sério diz respeito à limpeza e à saúde dos ambientes. Os corredores e quartos têm carpete, e o cheiro de ácaro é forte e constante. Isso evidencia a falta de uma higienização adequada. Nós passamos dois dias recorrendo a medicamentos para rinite, devido ao incômodo respiratório causado pelo ambiente. Além disso, havia marcas visíveis de infiltração nos tetos de alguns quartos, aparentemente vindas dos aparelhos de ar-condicionado, o que piora ainda mais a umidade e o desconforto. Enfim, é um hotel que tem potencial pela estrutura, mas que precisa de melhorias urgentes na gestão, na capacitação da equipe e, principalmente, na limpeza e manutenção dos ambientes.
