"Staying at a castle is an adventure in and of itself. The owners/our hosts Don and Jennifer, are a delightful young couple who have restored the castle and have been there the past 3 years. Very helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast was wonderful. The view was terrific and we had great fun enjoying a nighttime bonfire under a canopy of brilliant stars. We had a terrific dinner prepared by a French chef, Jean Claude and even went to the market in the morning with him and Don to pick out...

"The beds were very comfortable. With a code we could get in without having to wake anyone up. Our little dogs were allowed to come with us. That was a relief. The owners were so nice to give us a late breakfast after we came in long after midnight after a wedding."

With bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends, it would work well for a family or two couples. The apartment is quiet and very secure. We appreciated having a private parking place and direct access to the small park next to the cathedral. The street market in front of the cathedral was a treat.
