B&B Salerno Center
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (21)
"This was a wonderful spot in the absolute best location in Salerno 3 minutes walk to anything. It was very clean and the room was large. Although the shower was a bit tight it was no tighter than showers we stayed in in 4 star hotels and most importantly the water was hit and plentiful The check in was super easy and bag storage was perfect The hotelier was very very responsive and helpful It was a great find"

"Great location for buses, ferries and trains in Solerno to visit Amalfi coast. Also 2 grocery stores conveniently nearby. Property was very well maintained, clean and bright. Nice kitchen area with access to a fridge and dining area. No front desk so you make arrangements to meet at the site when you expect to arrive. After that you get keys, are shown the site and live your life. Excellent for travellers who are somewhat independent and can figure a few things out. We greatly enjoyed our...

"We only stayed for one night but we loved it! The bed wasn’t super comfy but that’s ok. The view was absolutely breathtaking! Our host was sweet and kind. She did her best to communicate with us. Google Translate is her best friend at check-in. We will definitely stay there again."

"Nice place & great being right in old town. Host David was very helpful with advice on ferries etc, & when i left ordering a taxi for me to pick me up from close to B&B. To note though. B&B is on 3rd floor, no lift. And for breakfast one is daily given a voucher to get from a bar/cafe a few minutes walk away. Just 1 pastry & hot drink. Although after first day & as no hot drink i got 2 pastries, taking back to room. 20-25min walks yo train station & to main ferry port."

Elegant B&B Il Vicolo storico
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (40)
"My wife and I came to Italy to celebrate our 10 Year Anniversary and stayed in Salerno for five nights while we toured around the Amalfi Coast during the day. We loved staying in the historic district, where this B&B is located, and found it walkable to nearby restaurants and shops. Check-in went well and we were provided with a binder full of helpful tips and recommendations to have during our stay which was great! They replenished our breakfast bar daily (cereal, sweet pre-packaged pastries,...

Dimora Carlo III
8.2 out of 10, Very Good, (34)
"The property itself was nice. It was just what we needed for a weekend getaway to visit Vietri. What made it great was the service. Riccardo was welcoming, and brought a delicious breakfast each morning. We did have an issue.confusion with the payment, and while Expedia did not do much to help, I was able to reach out directly to Riccardo. He and Rizzello responded promptly and solved it right away, while Expedia said there wasn't anything else they can do. Overall, they are fantastic hosts,...

"This was a first stop for us on our way to Amalfi. We stayed 2 nights. We had wanted to visit the ruins of Pompeii before getting out on the coast and this was the perfect location for doing that. The room was spacious and comfortable and had something rare for Italy--a very large bathroom with a tub and separate shower. The bed is larger than it looks in photos--it is pretty close to king-size. They offer breakfast for a nominal charge--a quick meal before moving on. The B&B was right in...

"This place is wonderful! The host is the best, very helpful and accomodating! We arrived late and he was sure to be there to greet us, plus stored our bags while we went on a boat tour the day we checked out. Beautiful pottery and light fixtures made by his artist wife. Very clean, modern, comfortable room in a great location. Very walkable with tons of restaurants and shops around, and close to the main street next to the water. Close to the train and bus stations and the Molo Manfredi port....

Brain Rooms & Suite
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (34)
"Strange location down an alley, off of an old cobblestone street. Had 3 different electronic entries, an old, tiny lift that didnt quite line up with the floor. It took being sent 3 codes to get to finally get in and there were roll down shutters on the outsides of the windows, which couldn't be opened. We never met a live person and the whole experience was strange. On an up note. The shower and bed were better than adequate"

"Alexis and Angelo were wonderful. The space is gorgeous, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and it was easy to find. There was some loud music late night one night that made for a rough sleep but Angelo and Alexis made sure that it didn’t happen again. Casa Santangelo is a wonderful stop in Salerno if you want to get away from the crowds of the hotels with easy access to ferries, restaurants, and other sites. "
