"The hotel is worth the price you pay. Its location is close to the Bilbao bus terminal where you can arrive easily from Madrid in 4 hours. Using the "Autonomia" street you can walk to everywhere. Even you can walk to the city center and to the famous museum. I truly recommend this hotel. Kudos to Savier and the rest of front desk people. "Friendly staff, convenient location in the old town. Plenty of places to eat and drink close by. It was a 20 minute walk from the bus stop where the airport bus dropped us off but that isn't any fault of the hotel. Excellent place to stay and I would recommend it "

"Staying at Aliciazzz has been great, right in the historic center, so you can walk around easily everywhere. Metro trains connect you to everywhere else, 20 mins walk along the river and you reach the Guggenheim museum. My room was cery clean and tidy, i had everything i needed. Self check in is very easy and personnel lovely. Recommended. "

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, carrying my big suitcase up the steep stairs for me (I didn’t ask them to!). The agreed to us leaving luggage before and after our check in. The room was comfortable with good facilities and a great location. We were at the back of the hostel so despite building works and bars downstairs (at the front of the hostel) we couldn’t hear any of the noise. We’d stay again!"

"Our room overlooked a noisy busy main road and there was a railway line behind the hotel. There was no air conditioning in our room. We were told the bar would not open until 8.30. We couldn't book a table in the restaurant because a coach party was booked in but if there was room they would try to fit us in. There were no alternatives within walking distance. The photos of the hotel are very misleading. I wouldn't be surprised if they had been photo-shopped!"

"Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going...

La pensión se encuentra muy bien ubicada a cuadra y media de la Plaza y la estación de metro Areeta. La zona es muy segura y bien iluminada (os digo yo, que fui a un concierto en Ereaga, regresé en metro y caminé a la Pensión a eso de la 1 de la madrugada). Montón de opciones de comida al rededor....

"I have recently returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. As expected the hotel was basic but it is in a great location for exploring the area. The rooms can be quite noisy depending on where the room is situated and there were stains on the bed sheets and towels. When I arrived at the hotel I was told I could not check in until 2pm dispite the hotel.com website stating it was 12pm. That was the first piece of misadvertising. The second piece was stating that all rooms had air conditioning,...
