The main room, bright and well arranged, consists of a welcoming living room with a sofa bed for two people, as well as a dining area with an open kitchen, fully equipped to meet your needs.
From the living room you directly access a furnished balcony with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a moment of relaxation or an outdoor meal.
The room is equipped with two single beds and a large closet offering plenty of storage. A bathroom and an independent toilet complete the services of this apartment.
You will also benefit from a common room for the storage of your bikes, as well as a private parking space in the basement (P02 n°38), guaranteeing safety and tranquility.
