Main room with living room (2.94 x 5.46) with TV opening onto the terrace overlooking the golf course. Kitchen area: fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine and dryer.
Bedroom (2.84 x 2.83) opening onto the street facade: 2 beds 80 close together (only one duvet). Adjoining shower room (2.17 x 0.90): shower and sink. Suspended WC with washbasin.
In the garden, a rack to park bicycles.

Very comfortable and very well equipped apartment in a quiet and sought after area. Ideal for a couple.
The center nearby by the cycle path (1100m). Reversible air conditioning allows occupation at all times of the year. Out of season, provide heating package. The view of the golf course is a plus. household linen is not included in rentals. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

super séjour

Nous avons passés des supers vacances. La location est parfaite pour deux personnes ; pas très grande mais très fonctionnelle .. il ne manque rien . chambre séparée, très bonne literie, wc séparé, grand réfrigérateur, cuisine équipée. Et le calme des bords du golf à deux pas du centre ville . Propriétaires discrets mais à l'écoute. Ecureuils et chevreuils se sont également invités à la fête..

J'étais venue pour le repos, tout en étant bien logée, et c'était une réussite! Le studio bien placé, au calme, avec un intérieur lumineux, meublé avec soin, appareils électroménagers de bonne qualité. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir
