Emplacement idéal

L'appartement est idéalement situé, plein centre et 15' à pied de la plage. Grande terrasse très agréable. Compte tenu du prix, dommage qu'il faille apporter le linge de lit, serviettes de toilette et produits de base (produit vaisselle, torchons, sac poubelle...).

Sehr schöne Wohnung!

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, modern und gut ausgestattet. Küche sehr funktional und vollständig mit modernen Geräten, auch der E-Grill auf der Terrasse ist prima. Separates WC mit effektiver Lüftung, schönes Bad (Dusche, keine Wanne). Tiefgarage im Haus. Sehr schöne und große Terrasse, die nach Norden zeigt und wenig Sonne bekommt - das ist im Hochsommer aber eher ein Vorteil. Ideal für maximal zwei Paare oder Eltern mit ein bis zwei (dann aber nicht zu großen) Kindern. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer ist allerdings wirklich klein und bietet wenig Stauraum. Sehr zentrale Lage. Daher in der Hauptsaison nicht gerade ruhig (Verkehr, Leute, Musik), aber wer Ruhe will, bucht ohnehin nicht so mittendrin. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, die Markthallen, ein hervorragender Bäcker und ebenso guter Metzger/Traiteur sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, ebenso mehr als genug Restaurants und Bars. Der Lac d'Hossegor ist kaum zehn Gehminuten weg; zum Strand braucht man aber Auto oder Fahrrad. Kein Internet. Bei der Agentur, die das Objekt betreut, kann man eine WLAN-Box wochenweise mieten, das funktioniert recht gut. Nicht für HD-Video-Streaming, aber für Internet geht es gut. Sehr guter Service bei der Agentur vor Ort, dort sprechen sie u. a. auch deutsch. Werde dort sehr wahrscheinlich nächstes Jahr wieder buchen.
