"Its a charming little town. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and helpful (he gave a discount card to the bath house). The hot water spring is close by, to dip your feet in. It was wonderful. The minerals in the water were beneficial, you could see the difference right away. The room rate matches the accommodations."
"No hot water, lukewarm at the best, bubble bath not functional, I had to go to other hotel with a spa to shower and bath. The only advantage to me, is they let me put my bike in my room."

GLOUCESTER HOTEL CHEONGJU
10/10 Excellent
"Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel has excellent staff and service and room is clean and spacious. "
"Great hotel. Clean and spacious. Having a full size bathtub is a rarity in Korea. Foreigners be sure to use a translator as all documents/guides are in Korean. "
"Excellent hospitality, healthy breakfast, very clean rooms, all personnel very helpful and polite, amazing place in general where one lacks for nothing, nice restaurants nearby, well done Toyoko Inn."
"Nice place, nice location. Very friendly and helpful people and staff. Some understood minimal English but tried and overcame the language barrier pretty easily. I would definitely go here again. "
"If you want some peace and quiet in a forest, this should fit your bill. Room itself is fine and the bathroom is functional. But aside from the restaurant on the first floor there isn’t much of anything else nearby."
"Great small hotel ‘traditional’, slightly rough around the edges, but good bed and very clean sheets etc. Friendly Manager/Owner and allowed us to store bikes in room. Ideally situated for hot spring across the street. "
"They need someone who can write an email in English without any hesitations. There were difficulties in communication between this hotel staff and Expedia. Expedia needs Korean employees who can be fluent in both Korean and English."
