"Crowne Plaza is located at the end on Nanjing street in Shanghai and this excellent location had excellent dinning and shopping. The checkin and checkout was easy and a shout-out for Kathy who upgraded us to a VIP room with a view of the Shanghai skyline and my wife loved it. One thing I would recommend is that the breakfast buffet should clearly identify vegetarian dishes to avoid any confusion. We highly recommend this hotel for visitors who have a few days to see the city. "

Bathroom did have some mould but mostly not a problem. Amazing towels and hairdryer. Absolute loveliest cleaning and kitchen staff, limited English but so sweet and kind and helpful. "
