"Mostly clean and really nice for couples. Staff was very helpful, scale available in room for convenience. A lot of events taking place at the hotel, can make the elevators take longer. Cons: Breakfast had limited options and was ok. Not what we expected a 5 star hotel to be like, there were little things were weird. The bathtub was not leveled not allowing the water to drain properly. Overall not bad, would come again: 4.54 stars"

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to the beach. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"this is my second time staying at Grand Hyams. We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel upgraded our family room to the suite and we really enjoyed the extra living room space. AC and temp was always on point for the hot summer days in Quy Nhon. convenient location right at beach front for swimming and enjoying drinks at the beach. staff was always helpful in Vietnamese and English since I am bilingual, I switch back and forth and the staff always knew what I needed. So glad this hotel is in my hometown and making visits home so much more enjoyable."

"We stayed at the Odin for 5 nights. The reception staff were extremely helpful, especially Thuy Ngan and Tin Huu. They went out of there way in assisting us with booking taxis, drivers and tours. Would stay here again if in Quy Nhon."

"This is most likely one of the most heartfelt reviews I’ve ever written — because the experience at Maia Resort was simply exceptional. Even though the weather during our stay was cold and rainy — which meant we couldn’t fully enjoy the private pool or spend much time on the beach — the resort still managed to create an unforgettable experience for us. We were upgraded to a stunning two-bedroom beachfront suite, and it was absolutely outstanding. The space was beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and waking up to the sound and view of the ocean every morning was pure magic. The attention to detail, comfort, and privacy made it feel like a true luxury escape. What truly made the difference, however, was the level of service. The operational manager Minh went far beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was handled perfectly. One particularly memorable moment was when he personally assisted with arranging and receiving a flowers delivery from downtown at 9pm, ensuring it reached our suite smoothly and discreetly. That level of care, responsiveness, and genuine hospitality is extremely rare. Despite the challenging weather, Maia Resort turned what could have been a disappointing stay into a warm, elegant, and deeply memorable experience. The team’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set this resort apart. "

"The beach villa was clean, with good quality linens and towels. Welcome fruit and all the toiletries etc for your stay. The staff and manager were incredible, their attention to detail and eagerness to assist was truly a joy! Yhe whole staff team were Professional, courteous and friendly. I would recommend this resort for everybody to meet the real Viet Nam! Its a must. Close to the white stone pagoda, ganh da dia basalt cokymns like the Giants Causeway but with a coral reef and the sandbar to walk over to the island. There bikes and kayaks on-site and a gorgeous pool area. And to top it off, the food is tasty, well cooked and plentiful. I was sad to leave but have made a viw to myself to return! ."
