"This place was very disappointing. It has the air of a place going out of business. The staff didn't seem to care about the condition of it, and there was a charge for absolutely everything. For a surf camp it was surprising that there was no beach or area to surf by the property. They also didn't seem to be keen to teach surfing it's only for established surfers, which then have to pay $50 a day to surf. The property itself was the biggest let down. "We stayed at the Travellers Beach Resort Hostel for two nights in early March. Our stay was very enjoyable and met people from all over the world. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly. Improvements and updates could be be made, but we would recommend it when in Fiji."

"We had an amazing stay at the Fiji Orchid. Everyone was so nice and helpful, nothing was too much. We had a tour booked early morning and would have missed the breakfast but they brought it directly to the bure early morning. It was our first time in Fiji and we wanted to try Kava so the team offered to do it in the evening for us. It was such a cultural experience getting to know the people and their traditions! Thank you Fiji Orchid team for making it a memorable stay."
