Stepping into the spacious, sunlit interior of the home, which spans two floors, you’ll discover a comfortable living room with a large sofa, ideal for cozy movie nights. The living room flows into a dining area with seating for 12, perfect for enjoying meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop. The villa offers five bedrooms, each with a wardrobe and fan. Upstairs, you’ll find one bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and access to a furnished terrace. The remaining bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with direct garden access—three with double beds and one with twin beds. The house features a total of four bathrooms, two of which are en suite, plus an additional bathroom in the garage area. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and ironing amenities, are available for your convenience. If traveling with a baby, a crib and high chair can be provided upon request.
