"This apartment is in an amazing location. It is close to different restaurants, lots of shops, a supermarket, and bus stops. It was so nice to be in the city for breakfast and dinner and then was very easy to leave during the day to different beaches. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to come to Mallorca."

"Everything during our stay was close to perfect! From the communication before hand to help us navigate the travel requirements on the island, to it being in the most ideal location we could think of. Outside the apartment was an amazing square with restaurants, bars, and music. Everything from sites, beaches, busses, and more importantly, gelato was a easy walk away. The information packet they provided as well was extremely helpful to find everything you will need. Please be aware however...

"We have just had a fantastic weekend in Palma staying in Loft 5. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean & was in a great location for exploring the city. A couple of supermarkets close by and plenty of shops, cafes & restaurants in walking distance. We loved spending time on the roof terrace overlooking Palma. Great communication with the host, we would definitely recommend staying at Can Rubi. "

""Il monolocale è molto confortevole e pulito. Esso si trova in una posizione ottimale, infatti è tutto facilmente raggiungibile (market, negozi, ristoranti, bus etc...) ed è a due passi dal porto e dal centro città! "Great apartment, right in the centre of the city. All very clean, plenty big enough for 3, spacious terrace and super aircon. Only issue was having no Internet although host offerred to fix it on the last day. This also meant there was no tv, which didn't bother us, but not having wifi was a real pain. Would recommend"

"My family of 5 (including 2 kids and my mom) and our little dog enjoyed the apartment's central location and layout. It was easy to walk throughout old town, to the cathedral, to restaurants, to shops, and to catch a taxi or bus to go to further locations like the Palma Aquarium. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Perfect location in central Palma. The apartment was modern, well- presented and clean. It was great having a lift to the third floor, especially for our luggage. Air- conditioning was very welcome, even in September. The downside was the noise, being in the centre of a city and the lack of any English tv. Communication with the hosts was great….Noemi facilitated an early check-in as we arrived in the morning and was there to welcome us and explain the apartment. We would definitely recommend."
