"This suited us (a family of 3) on the whole. I think it's fair to mention for those sensitive to such things, as others have, that you can hear occupants' movements above. However, it's easy to forgive this given obvious age and charm of the building and its lovely location. Kindly given feedback to owner; a low-key reading light by or above the bed is very welcome when on holiday. "

"We came to Rouen by train and this property is conveniently located to walk from the station. Well equipped and located in a lovely neighbourhood with a local cafe/bar within 100 m in one direction and other shops in the opposite direction. Very close to the Donjon and Cathédrale. The property was quiet, clean and had everything we needed for our stay of 4 days."

"Emailed the host a week prior about parking, only to be notifed that they couldnt see a reservation for me. It took days to sort out and only got confirmation that i had somewhere to stay on the day. It was hugely stressful for myself and family. Host was poor at communication and put onus on me to sort. Expedia and Vrbo were painful to deal with and did nothing to help. Judging by previous reviews this is not the first time this has happened at this property. I would never use this place again....
