"The title says it all. Everything a 2-star seaside hotel should be: nothing flashy and the shower works. The restaurant was really 3-star and was popular with the locals, altho' I wd steer clear of the "aile de raie" (skate, I think).A quiet town with a promenade but I wd recommend the next-door village of Ault for views, sadly rather spoilt by thick fog on the day I visited ."

"Really fantastic hotel, and a great base from which to explore the Baie de Somme area. Very close to the sea front at Ault with the beautiful cliffs. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated throughout, high quality furnishings and excellent beds and other facilities. The owners are very friendly and helpful. "Overall, poor late check-in experience, with staff expecting us to find a building 300m away and go to 2nd floor looking for a room, ourselves, until I demanded someone show us to the room. The room was only occupied room in an otherwise empty property, with run-down and old apartment, fixtures and fittings. security door was also not working properly and held open with a bar. Staff were not responsive during the restaurant, with expansive French food, with little/no choice for vegetarian options, save for a Thai dish. Breakfast was also expansive, but location was good (on cliff to English Channel) and about 70miles from Calais."
