"The room was hot and stuffy. Front desk said that the ac was only seasonal and not available so we had to open the window. Luckily it was not mosquito season! The hostess at the restaurant and the bartender were both very nice and helpful. Food we ordered for room service was good. The room was billed as double queen but these beds were not queen size. Much smaller. They were comfortable though so not an issue. This property was understaffed at front desk when we checked in. Only one...

"Great place with friendly staff"

"The hotel was clean & nice, but we have been surprised that the A/C not working for more than a week, we expected any complimentary from the hotel management to cover the A/C problem, but actually there was nothing. The breakfast was nice & the siting in the external terrace was good"

"The property is beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. There are many warm touches including a lovely sitting room. The breakfast room has elegantly laid out stations included a fruit juicer. The host was easily available to answer questions."

"Friendly staff Room basic but comfortable although beds quite firm. Toilet cistern dripping water all night and needed replacing. We informed the staff regarding this. Mirror and shower tiles needed a good scrub. Ok for a quick night before a flight and a lot cheaper than surrounding airport hotels"

"Free shuttle to Milan Malpensa Airport. Good restaurant attached."

"Personale e accoglienza favolosi!

"Convenience of airport shuttle was clutch. Also one of the best dinners we had our entire trip"

"Nice hotel, renovated . The bathroom and shower don’t have enough ventilation so when you take a shower the whole room has vapor Nonetheless the hotel was good and comfortable"
