"Staff were very nice and accommodating! Room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke, but overall convenient and comfortable, clean bed. The area isn’t great but there is a parking lot and someone at the desk at all times"

"Overall good. Some challenges with having to install the room air conditioners as it was 96% outside, missing some supplies, and the parking pass for street parking not being available when promised. All was rectified over a few hours but given that we were only there one night, it was quite an inconvenience."
