"Stayed one night on July 27th with my girlfriend and stepson on our way through Yuma. Overall a good stay, and the staff is the main reason why — everyone at the front desk was friendly and genuinely helpful, especially with my girlfriend. That kind of service goes a long way.
I'll be honest about one thing: the surrounding area looks a little rough, and I spotted a spent shell casing in the parking lot near where I parked, which gave me pause at first. That said, nothing came of it — the night was completely quiet and my car was untouched in the morning. Worth knowing going in, not a reason to skip it.
The room was basic but adequate: two beds, no real amenities, clean. We were on the second floor and it stayed nice and cool. The first floor felt noticeably warmer, so I'd request an upper floor in the summer.
Breakfast had sausage, eggs, and waffles, which was a nice surprise.
We had to leave a night early because of a schedule change. We'd prepaid both nights through Hotels.com and I didn't get a refund for the second night, though I wasn't requesting one — the front desk was courteous about it either way.
Solid stay for the price. Recommend it."
