Excellent for renting in the middle of a trip

Found out it was brand new when we arrived, everything was very clean & fresh. Also, new and updated. The staff was very friendly. They also had security patrolling. Great experience, only thing was I read a form explaining they only clean once a week with “touch ups” would inquire about that but besides that great!

We stayed here for our son’s BMT ceremonies. It was close to the base and clean. The hot breakfast was an added bonus, which provided gluten free options. The lobby had comfortable seating for family gathering after the ceremonies. Room stayed pleasantly cool after very hot days.

This Drury is in a great location. It is on the Riverwalk. You can’t beat the kickbacks that this place offers. We took our free breakfast to the terrace area on the roof each morning to eat. We also brought our free drinks up there each evening. It has an incredible view. We were surprised that no one else was up there with us. You must do this if you stay at the Drury. It’s a beautiful sunset spot as well. We enjoyed our stay here.

Highly recommend Staybridge Lackland Texas. Everything from checkin to check out was perfect. I am a retired Hotel Manager I know the effort it takes to make it all come together.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Alex, she had a wonderful smile, got us checked in, offered the application for the Marriott card, briefly explained the benefits of the having the card. All of this was done in a very friendly and cheerful voice. All of this assured that this was the right place for us to stay. As of this write up, we’re on our second day due to an unexpected incident in the family. However, all is well, we know we are at the right place for resting.

The room was exactly what we expected and super clean. The staff was friendly and the hotel was in a great location.

We loved the Hotel. Right from the start it is beautiful. Check-in was easy. We were upgraded when we mentioned it was our anniversary and they brought us a gift to our room. They went above and beyond. The location is right in the middle of everything. Riverwalk, restaurants, Alamo, Shopping, activities are all in walking distance. We felt safe in the area surrounding the hotel. Room service was so good and quick. They removed our dishes when we called and said we were finished. We were on the...

Nice hot water and clean room

Older motel that is updated, clean, safe with great beds. It was nice to have my room cleaned every day. Breakfast is ok but not enough tables and chairs. This place is great for families visiting the theme parks.
