"We were very disappointed with the state of this apartment. Three main troublesome areas: 1. The pictures in the listing are deceiving — the apartment is much older and has not been kept up. The carpeting, couch and appliances are very old and worn. 2. The common areas are in very poor conditions, even less maintained and borderline filthy — carpets and walls were very dirty with tons of stain marks and are in serious need to be ripped out and redone. 3. "No AC but fan was provided, it was very hot so had keep all windows open. Property is next to a community centre so very noisy all the time. Coffee machine and kettle was provided but no coffee pods or tea bags provided. I have reached to guestready support team but advised that I should buy from nearby shop. I am not sure how they are expecting that guest will carry coffee pods for the coffee machine brand they have put in the property. Check out time was 11am but got an email night before that...

"Had an enjoyable five night stay in June with a friend in one of the two twin bed rooms, facing the interior of the building, so very quiet, albeit a small space. Our room was ready for us when we arrived early, which was a huge bonus and very appreciated. We were here during a heatwave, so the air conditioning in the room was a true lifesaver.
