"Needs more staff for dinner and breakfast. They are overwhelmed and can’t cope with the asks and demands of the guests. Also the property can be better in terms of maintenance. There were some bugs in the room and in the food area. "

"Clean, quiet and well-maintained hotel in a fantastic location. The famous all-vegetarian Annapoorna restaurant is downstairs. The complementary buffet breakfast was also outstanding. We will definitely stay here when we visit Coimbatore next."

"This was a wonderful place to stay. My room was upgraded with no additional cost. The staff was easy-going, helpful, and pleasant in their demeanour. I was able to walk around the community for shopping. I like the food choices in the hotel restaurant, so I didn't need to eat outside. The room cleaning servce was excellent. Just please remember to clean and dust the AC. Thanks. "
