"This was a great experience. Very helpful and nice staff. Easy access to the reef. Food was nice esp dinners. Laundry service was super fast (when we needed it for a wedding.) Did yoga too, that was fun. A lot of activities to discover if you have time. Too bad we went in July when it was too hot to go out and discover more. Compared to the other hotels around in the area it’s small and that was a great thing because as someone said “you need GPS to get to your room at the Kempinski”, The Breakers was just right. "

"When you get to your room do an inspection, head to the main lobby and give them a list of items to clean /fix. Service is great, they just need guidance on cleaning The reef and cabana area more than makes up the room issue. Unbelievable snorkeling - I am a week swimmer and loved it. Hope it does not turn into a resort like the complex next door. A true beach bums paradise for spending your day - wake up snorkle, eat, snorkle , lie around, eat, snorkle, lie around, eat, snorkle , head to room to sleep. "

"One of the most beautiful hotels we ever stayed at. The staff is absolutely amazing - from the restaurant, the housekeeping to the beach! Special shout out to Amr and Diaa from the beach /beach bar team for going above and beyond to look after us. It is possible to do some snorkeling directly from the beach. The water is crystal clear. The buffet doesn’t leave anything to be desired! If you consider staying in Soma Bay dont bother looking at other hotels- this is by far the best option! True value for money! You get free water in the rooms and on the beach. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you to the entire Team at Kempinski Soma Bay!"

"Prior to arrival, my experience was only ok as I had trouble reaching them; however upon arrival, every staff was very friendly and welcoming. Great events and activities organized throughout the week to keep everyone entertained. Also good selection of food and wine. Location was also superb. They’ve got their own private beach that’s got the beautiful water and coral reefs and if you want to dive is also walkable. "
