"My friend and I stayed in a private room with two single beds and a private bathroom. Our space was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the ease of checking in/out was so convenient—I wish all places just used access codes. The only thing that may detract is that many of the rooms are underground and don’t have windows, but as a couple of jet lagged Americans we actually found this to be beneficial. "Delightful hostel with friendly staff- clean rooms, nice common area- walking distance to central station, near bus route and shopping areas. Reception opens at 9 am in case you arrive as we did on an early train - so just had to chill a bit. Lots of friendly guests - would stay there again "

I put on my reservation I wouldn’t be there until 12 due to my flights connections turns out you can only check in between 1&3. What even is that?!? So on night 1 of my two night stay I had to buy a last minute hotel. Night 2. "Comfortable and private rooms, excellent place to stay if you need somewhere to sleep close to Stockholm. Price was great and fitted us perfectly for visiting friends nearby over the New Year holiday. The host was friendly and accommodating and helped us find the entrance, which can be a bit tricky to find even if you know the area somewhat."

"Do not stay here. The sinks are falling off the walls, and having food in your room is prohibited (this is a hostel, not a kindergarten). In addition, I felt it would be easy for someone to gain access to my room. It was quite subpar."

"Dockside was a very cozy place in Gamla Stan. The showers were nice and many. The kitchen was small but adequate. Wish the bathrooms were also down below but still not bad. The beds were comfortable and clean."

"Holiday Hostel is a budget stay in a cluster of 3 hotels next to a lake. Had one very friendly person at reception The hotel itself is a bit run down, with broken bathroom door knobs and tiles smell of mildew, etc. There was a shared kitchen, again cleanliness and equipment were slightly short. The rooms were basic. For one person ok, but for 4, small. The shared eating area is and especially outdoor are relatively pleasant "
