"Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Convenient restaruant right off the lobbby. Room was spacious and quiet. Location rithg off main square where there was lively activity and entertainment. Only draw back was no aircoditioning and it was 89' during our stay. I would definately return"

"This a fabulous luxury hotel made from President Suarez personal residence. It is built into the walls of Avila and has the only pool inside the city walls. The pool and area is stunningly beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast included. Calena restaurant is working towards a star. Room was comfortable and clean, suite included a walk in shower and separate claw foot bath tub. Only regret was 2nd floor rooms ceiling sloped in from the roof line, took some getting used to. You can walk anywhere from here. Highly recommended."
