"We had to chase up the check in process whilst we were waiting outside the property, no information beforehand. There were a number of issues which we commented on to the owner. There was no response, or any acknowledgement of receiving my message. The issues were mainly solved but the day before we left! "The property is under going a massive refurb to the bedrooms although we was very close to the workmen we didn't hear a thing, and the work men where very courteous, thankfully the main building is being left to its very ornate and beautiful surroundings, the breakfast deal is amazing, breakfast was good but the coffee was a bit of a let down but Mackie's is just across the road so no problem, all in all I love staying staff are great."
