Renovated 2020. Stylish modern Townhouse In The Centre of Soller

This is a lovely townhouse in the centre of Soller, a short walk from amenities, many shops, restaurants, cafes and our lovely main square. The house has been recently restored and newly furnished and decorated. We kept the traditional features like wooden beams or hand made modernists art nouveau tiles and introduce the facilities of a new and modern home, like air con and heating units in all the rooms, a fantastic jacuzzi bath, free fast wifi all around the house, extra quality cotton linen and towels, super size beds, walking showers, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, LCD big screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player, games room with billiard, fossball and others...
Our latest addition is a gorgeous terrace with nice views, sun loungers and covered chill out area on the top floor.

Had a wonderful time here. The house is in a good location and has everything you need to make it a home from home- and really spacious! Communication with the owner's agents was also clear and prompt. Recommended!

Best of both worlds
I had visited Soller before and this house was ideal to visit without a car. Walking distance to the town yet in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Well mostly! It is a town and noise travels, there are other local house renovations so the holiday sound of drilling could not be avoided. The house was perfect chic and contemporary for my husband and I. There are lots of stairs! The roof terrace is perfect but it is of course super hot, be careful. The house is air conditioned old stone and beautifully cool. If I had to look for improvements for the premium price some crockery could be replaced, towels provided for the terrace and maybe some cushioned sun loungers...

Exceptional quality, great location
The house far exceeded our expectations. This is not a standard 'holiday home'; it has been modernised, equipped and decorated to an exceptionally high standard, with no detail overlooked. The roof terrace is amazing, gets the sun all day and has a wonderful view with high quality furnishings. If I were being picky, another parasol/alternative shade to the seating area would have enabled us to use the sofa more in the evening. Although complaining that there was too much sun is a maybe a little mean! The location of the house was great for us; only 5-10 mins stroll to Soller town square, 45-50 mins to Port de Soller and about 15 mins to Biniarix. We didn't hire a car so didn't have to worry about parking, but there seemed to be parking around local streets. The property management team dealt with our booking enquiries promptly and although paying the 2nd half of the rental in cash rather than online is unusual these days it was all above board. They also booked airport transfers for us and I'd definitely recommend this as I think a Palma airport taxi driver would struggle to find their way around the narrow, one-way streets. Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely like to return in the near future.

Fantastic holiday in lovely town house
We just spent a week in this lovely house in Soller. Soller has something for everyone. My children of 3 and 1 loved getting the tram to the beach and the mountain train to Palma. My husband and I both loved the relaxed culture of Soller. The cafes and restaurants do amazing food and freshly squeezed orange juice. The house itself is fantastic and suited us totally as a family of four. Lovely roof terrace and plenty of space for all of us. We are rebooking for later in the year and I would definitely recommend.

Very well equipped house in a quiet area and ideally located for Soller and the mountains.
We loved this house. Its very elegant and well looked after. Lots of space for relaxing, especially the fabulous roof terrace, where we could see the Milky Way at night. Soller is amazingly quiet ands we enjoyed hearing the cockerel and donkey noises! The kitchen was very well equipped ( but we would have liked tea towels and a small bin) and the mattresses universally excellent. Parking in the narrow street is difficult unless you have a small car but there's lots of parking just round the corner. The small fourth bedroom has sofa beds but no bed and is off the third bedroom. It also has no air con. We didn't use it but moved a bed to the large laundry room on the top floor, but could have used the games room as another bedroom ( which does have air con). The house is midway between Soller and Biniaraix and the walk into Soller takes you along the main shopping street which is pedestrianised. The local area has a nice bar and the agricultural co-op on the corner of the main road to Fornalutz has a great food shop at the back of the site with local produce, bread etc and excellent wine from the barrel. We did lots of hill walking, mostly from the house, and the house had a good guide for this. You could manage a stay here without a car. However the lovely tram between Soller and Port de Soller is very busy especially coming back to Soller in the afternoons. We once took a taxi which delivered us to the door for Eu12 which was cheaper than the tram if not as much fun.

Great house within easy walk of Sóller
Our stay at this property was very good and the house was spotlessly clean. There is plenty of space for six people, but the house could accommodate eight people. With air conditioning in each of the main rooms it was easy to keep cool. Entering from the street you are in the main living room (blue/white) which leads through to the large kitchen/dining area. The games room is one floor down. The first floor has the three/four bedrooms and one bathroom (with shower) which can also be used as an en-suite to one of the double bedrooms if you wish. The second bathroom (with whirlpool bath/shower) is on the next floor up which also has a second sitting area (green/white), a laundry room and access to the outdoor terrace. The outdoor terrace is a lovely place to have breakfast overlooking Sóller and the mountain range. Parking on the street where the house is located (Carrer d'Empúries) is quite tight, but we always found space close by on Carrer de la Bolla. The walk into the centre of Sóller was a leisurely 15 minutes and there are a couple of bars/restaurants to choose from as you make your way into the town which has just about everything you need. Overall a great location for catching the tram to Port de Sóller, or the train to Palma and exploration of the wonderful mountainous area that typifies the northern part of the island. The villa owner, through the agent, requires cash payment for the villa balance upon arrival. There was no problems with this, but worthwhile knowing in advance.

Great house in soller
a great property in the beautiful town of soller, it really is a special house, so clean with every thing you could possibly need catered for, the roof terrace is a super edition, everything worked well, no problems with anything, wi- fi great, shower's and toilets great and so clean, air con worked perfectly, all in all I would defiantly recommend this beautiful house... location was perfect for us, and it felt very safe

Excellent town house plenty of room , really clean and well decorated, the beds were very comfy too.
Loved the location, when we found the right way to the square and the buzz of soller. The tram is a must to the port costing 7€ ( each way ) ,but if you love to walk you can do it ,(it's a nice walk) We had a car so we visited as many places as possible,there are so many to see near soller and not far to go to any of them. We had a lovey time here great place , great house . 25/06/2017.

Beautiful house in ideal location. Spotlessly clean and well looked after.
We were delighted with this property which enhanced our stay in beautiful Soller. Superb views over the town from the roof terrace. Property has all mod cons. Matias and Kimi were excellent and assisted us by booking local taxis to/from airport and offering us their local knowledge. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a very comfortable family home for your stay in Soller.

Fantástica casa
La casa era muy bonita, espaciosa, y con unas vistas increíbles.. perfecta para compartir unos días con amigos. La Zona y el pueblo son muy bonitos, un lugar para perderse por sus calles y disfrutar de las zonas de sus alrededores... la recomiendo 100%. , el único problema el poco espacio para aparcar si vais con coche pero por lo demás es perfecto !!

Annonce conforme au bien. Maison confortable, grande, bien équipée, très propre, mais éloignée du centre du village et sans espace « vert ». Stationnement difficile. Petit supermarché de la coopérative agricole proche et bienvenu. Environnement calme, loin de la foule.

Sehr schönes Stadthaus in guter Lage - tolle Dachterasse
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz (2 Wohnzimmer, 3,5 Schlafzimmer , 2 sehr schöne Bäder, große Küche + Essbereich). Die Dachterasse ist ein Highlight- mit tollem Bluck über Soller und Berge. Fussläufig (gleich um die Ecke) ist die Kooperative Sollers (Öl aber auch fast alles für den täglichen Bedarf) zu erreichen sowie das empfehlenswerte Restaurant Bar Molino. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt zu diversen Wanderungen starten. Parkplätze finden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter (April 18) - da hat ein altes Haus den Nachteil, dass es nicht wirklich warm wird/ist (Vorteil wiederum im Sommer...) - für‘s Wetter kann aber niemand was.
