"My friend and I stayed in a private room with two single beds and a private bathroom. Our space was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the ease of checking in/out was so convenient—I wish all places just used access codes. The only thing that may detract is that many of the rooms are underground and don’t have windows, but as a couple of jet lagged Americans we actually found this to be beneficial. "Comfortable and private rooms, excellent place to stay if you need somewhere to sleep close to Stockholm. Price was great and fitted us perfectly for visiting friends nearby over the New Year holiday. The host was friendly and accommodating and helped us find the entrance, which can be a bit tricky to find even if you know the area somewhat."

"Do not stay here. The sinks are falling off the walls, and having food in your room is prohibited (this is a hostel, not a kindergarten). In addition, I felt it would be easy for someone to gain access to my room. It was quite subpar."

"Room was okay. The staff was not helpful instead said to pay upfront even though i selected pay later options. Also i booked the room because ad said they have parking spaces but when i asked for it they refused and told me to park outside somewhere. When i asked to park outside where they didn't helped me and that led to parking ticket for me since i am an outsider i was not helped how to do so. Worst experience and fined 200 euro because of no help"

"I booked this for my mother's stay for my wedding. She loved the room and the place. It's vlose to both station, grocery store and where me and my wife lives. Only problem I had was when using the self-checkin system: there was NO physical key in the lockbox. Thankfully I was there early - at 14:00 - and a maid there saw me struggling. She helped me get the key from the reception - which was not manned due to short staffing. I hope things improve."
