"房间很冷，温度不可调整"

"Great views! Place was clean and comfortable… elevator didn’t work and you have to check in at a separate location if it’s past 5 PM"

"Pet friendly resort, kids loved the game room and heated pool! Another great stay here!"

"We loved the pool, hot tub, and especially the dry sauna. The bedroom and bathroom were very nice and clean. It was quiet. The beans pillows were very comfortable! The staff were clean, well groomed, professional adults!"

"It was an incredible stay, clean room, big bed, the closest place to fill up water bottles (that I found) is in the gym, but it wasn't far. We didn't stay too long, just barely 1 night, but it was a great experience."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - staff, food and room were above expectations. The bed was a little too firm for us, but the room was very quiet. I only have one appeal: please consider removing room “deodorizers” in the bathroom off the dining area. Too many places use artificial scents to mask unclean facilities. You don’t need them here. They spritz and cause an asthmatic response in many people - including myself. Thankfully, you don’t have them in the rooms because I would...

"The front desk was polite, helpful, very professional."

"A good place to stay. Good location for the mid valley and Cottonwood Canyons."

"The staff was so friendly and welcoming, every single person. I was traveling with my dogs and part of the reason I stayed here was because the pet fee was very reasonable compared to other options in the area. When I checked in the sweet agent gave me little goodie bags for my dogs with treats, a collapsible dog dish, a toy and poop bags in a cute holder! This is really above and beyond. There is a nice area nearby to walk as well."

"Clean room and good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I had booked a room with a king bed and instead we were given a room with two full size beds and a view of the heating cooling system. We were tired and didn't want to deal with it for our one night stay. The hotel was also repairing elevators at the time of our visit and the water was scheduled to be off at noon the next day."

"The hotel is in desperate need of TCL and is most certainly not worth the room rates they are charging. A 4 star hotel should not have multiple, large holes in the curtains or a toilet that runs for several minutes after being used. The lobby, halls, and lighting are worn and dated and the general layout of the hotel is strange and takes forever to navigate. If I had been blindfolded and dropped in the hotel I would have thought I was in an old 2 star Holiday Inn. Would not stay again."

"Great place"

"Staff was very helpful and breakfast was okay. The one issue I could see for others though it didn't bother me, the property is located at the Y of a major intersection. Vehicle engine noise gets loud at times."
