"The staff were really friendly and helpful when they let us in and gave us our room key. However; the aircon was not working and the room was very unclean and swarming with bugs. I know the hotel is cheap but I’d rather pay a little bit more and be somewhere clean and with working aircon. Pro to the experience was the nice man who let us in though :) "

"The customer service manager and the entire customer service team were great. Shout out to the customer service manager that organized a tour of Carthage for me; an unforgettable experience! I understand saving energy costs, but the room was never really cool due to the fact they don't cool the rooms prior to a guest's arrival and you always need to leave your room key in the slot in order to maintain power.
