"It was fine. At first I thought the reception lady was a little rude, but later on realised she's just abrupt. I didn't like I had to pay extra to check in 30 mins early. If it was me, and a room was already free, I'd just let the person in if they're there. The corridoors were kept clean. The room was extremely simple and depressing as you would expect from an Ibis budget. The toilet was in a cupboard and the sink was in the room. If you're just using it as a base I'm sure it's fine.
