"Best accommodations experience of trip. Nothing luxurious just solid. Friendly accommodating staff, tidy efficient room with good decent mattress, really good pillows and linens, and excellent shower pressure! The AC unit cooled fine but was a little noisy. And we loved being able to park right outside our door, just like “motel” implies. I’ll enthusiastically recommend this hotel to friends who often stay in fancier places."

"The internet was intermittent and did not work well at all with or without the wifi. They said that is normal for two rooms in the hotel, which one of them was ours. We arrived June 27 to stay for seven nights and while we were still in Canada - not even started our holidays, the hotel charged our credit card one night’s stay. I mentioned this to the lady at front desk upon our departure and she told me it is to make sure people show up. I had never heard of such a thing. Carpet in our room looked like a short shag so it is old and was stained. The coffee in the breakfast area tastes better than coffee in the room. The staff were friendly and kind. The breakfast area is small and only has three two seater tables but there was a sitting area beside it which was comfortable. Breakfast was starch, fruit, granola bars and dairy, but there is a restaurant attached to the hotel and the food was good there and reasonably priced. "

"Odie and Rick are some of the most kind hosts I’ve ever met! Their cabin was clean and provided all the essentials (plus some!) for my three night stay. I’ll definitely be staying with them again when I’m in the area."

"Lovely location and the cabin feels private since the windows and deck face away from the main house and other cabin on the property. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We really appreciated that our dogs were able to come here with us and we hope to return soon!"

"I hate to give it a perfect score because that means it will not be available when we need it. LOL. The Bidet was a sweet addition since the last time we stayed there. The futon couch isn’t very comfy, but I slept plenty. :) We love this cabin!"
