Only to show up and they are in fact NOT open and have not been for a month. I was told I must have been on the call with an AI bot. I asked for a manager to call me in the morning. No call ever. I would never have stayed in this hotel and paid the amount of money I paid, if I had not been lied to. I could have saved money staying with a friend or at another lodging facility but I paid the money under the guise that there would be a functional hot tub and pool. I will never stay at this hotel again, even if they do get the pool and hot tub fixed… which I doubt will ever happen. "

"The hotel room had a large stain in the middle of it and the shower head was old and corroded. I was traveling by myself and didn’t feel comfortable at night because the room only had one lock on the front door which is opened by a metal key. "
