The perfect spot to play in the park, go fishing or simply just sit on the porch and watch the sun go down.

Walk in the front door to the magnificent kitchen with stone benchtops, you are immediately greeted by the waterfront view from the floor to ceiling glass windows on the porch. The beautiful sunken lounge / dining leads out to the huge entertaining porch and your own grass areas. For the wintery or rainy days, you can sit inside and enjoy some movies with free Wi-Fi being offered.

The master suite is located at one end of the house with a large bathroom next door. At the other end you will find 3 more bedrooms and another large bathroom. To make your stay even easier, this property provides linen, bath towels and beach towels with all beds made up prior to your arrival. You just need to bring your own soap, shampoo & personal items.

Located on a battle-axe block, you are secluded and hidden from the street noise, with the water on your doorstep.
