"Wonderful facility with attentive and professional staff. Comfortable beds and great location. Convenient to Mall del Rio and central Cuenca. Parking was easy and free. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of dishes. Really enjoyed the clean pool, gym, and steam room each evening. WiFi was strong enough to facilitate working from the room on a video call. "

"Beautiful place and room!. Maybe a bit of training would have helped with regards to the fire. I’ve never stated or kept a fire going so :). We went back in March so it was rainy and a bit cold. I would say it might be better going during the warmer months so you don’t have to worry about keeping the fire on :)"
