"Helpful and welcoming staff. Staff did such a good job making recommendations on restaurants and the nearby tourist sites. New and modern hotel (as the hotel name implies). Located in old town Porto-Vecchio which has excellent restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the drinks and view from their rooftop. The hotel is near the centrally located Catholic church which does ring its bell throughout the day. On our Saturday night there, loud music did play from a nearby site until 1 pm which did not allow sleep. The other two nights were quiet. Otherwise, this was hotel and its staff provided an excellent stay."

"When I checked in, the desk clerk showed me to my room and explained the various hotel features as we went. I was impressed by this level of service. The pool was attractive. Several restaurants in walking distance. Convenient parking."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location to assess beautiful beaches (e.g. Saint Cyprien) within 10min drive. A car, however, is necessary to go to the supermarket or bakery. Easy to find lots of parking space on the property. The apartment was very clean in general and requests - the private pool made loud noise one day - were responded to basically immediately by very friendly staff. Amenities like the seemingly brand-new kitchen with Bosch appliances, the BBQ grill on the outside deck, the private pool and the coffee machine were great. The view from our bedroom onto the distant coastline was amazing and we loved to wake up with the sunrise every morning. Two minor suggestions to improve the overall experience is to remove the small mold spots in the shower of the master bedroom and to better close off the visual barrier between the units in the pool area. Overall, we highly recommend the Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Terrasses d'Arsella and would definitely come back. "

"This was a great base to use for our trip to Corsica. The property is comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The staff are lovely and helpful. There's a grocery store across the street and it's only a 10-15min walk to the old town. It was an easy drive to places like Zonza, Palombaggia, Santa Guilia, and Bonifacio. Would definitely recommend if you need a place in Porto Vecchio. "
