"Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, steps from the beach and you can hear the waves at night from every room.Very well kitted out kitchen. Internet was pretty high speed although cell reception a bit patchy throughout the community. Easy parking in underground parking lot, key collection and return was simple and convenient. We arrived during an abnormally humid heatwave for coastal California and the only thing I would say is that being behind another block of condos, there was not much air flow into the apartment to cool it. The ceiling fans were not particularly powerful but we did manage to improve the sleeping situation by buying inexpensive oscillating fans that sat on the bedside tables. Most of the year excessive heat will not be a problem. Overall the apartment is fabulous, modernly decorated in a beach style theme, would definitely visit again."

"Great place. Very well stocked. The unit is in a very well kept complex. The pool and hot tub are clean and we typically had both to ourselves. The place is very quiet. A bit of a walk to the beach but definitely an over all good location in Solana. Very comfortable, clean unit. Our only significant complaint was the heat. No fault of the owner, since we were well aware there no AC other than a freestanding AC unit in the primary. We thought it would be cool near the ocean in September but unfortunately it was a very humid, hot week. So just be aware that the upstairs will be very warm if the weather is unusually hot."
