"The staff at the reception including managers were awful. All five star hotels offer some discount 15-25% when you use hotel amenities. One of them said 10 per cent which was never given in 3 day stay. You eat breakfast at longe any they try to charge you service tax although you are helping yourself out there with everything and no services provided except allocating a table. I would never stay there again. Just to mention one manager Shakshi at checkout was very sensible and told me will offer me some discounts on my next stay."

However, the TV in the room did not have enough entertainment options, which was a bit disappointing after a long day of travel. In addition, in-room service was quite slow and took a long time to deliver the items I ordered. Overall, a decent short stay thanks to the helpful staff, but the hotel definitely needs to improve its in-room entertainment and speed of service."
