"They didn't warn people that the air conditioners weren't working in the hotel and it was terribly stuffy,the bathroom was terrible dirty it wasn't cleaned well around the corners the joints in the bathtub. The reception staff were great."

The tram was a 3 min walk so getting around was a breeze. Elana, was very attentive with constant communication and helpful advice. 👍👍"
