The host never provided me or VRBO with the property information, so I could not check-in. This left me stranded. If you read the previous reviews, it is not the first time this host has done this, but they’re allowed to stay on the VRBO site, which I don’t understand.

Worst customer service. Took my money. Property manager never contacted us with instructions. Tried to reach to customer service with no help for refund. Took my money without using the property. Will dispute with my bank.
