"This hotel could certainly do better on cleanliness & maintenance !! Room was spacious but had very bad floor with gaps between the boards !! There were long hairs everywhere in my room ( I did speak to the cleaning g lady about it ) Also please be aware the street out the front has tram lines running in 2 different directions that run from 5am until after 11pm & every 5 minutes !! So if you are a light sleeper like me it is very annoying !! "

"We stayed here for 4 nights. It was such a lovely hotel. So comfortable, large spacious room. And comfortable beds. It was cleaned daily. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Very professional. The location was brilliant, right in the city centre. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby as well as the main town centre. Everything is as walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Great hotel in the heart of Sofia - very classy with wonderful staff and accommodations. Convenient parking garage under hotel was perfect and the breakfast was quite tasty. I was able to venture around on foot to see the sights and enjoy some very delicious Bulgarian food (and even craft beer) - can't wait to return."
