"The room was great. Clean and with wonderful views. The staff that checked us in made us wait more than 30 minutes because supposedly they did not have the room we had requested (corner room). I kept asking if everything was ok because they were speaking Japanese and finally he told me. Then he just said sorry we don’t have your room. And that was it.
