"A棟102号室に10人程度で2泊しましたが、コミュニケーションを取る場として、最高でした👍 設備に関する問い合わせ等もタブレットを利用し迅速かつ親切な対応をしていただきました 後は市の条例で施設内で子供用花火も出来ないのは残念でした、また必要最低限の調理器具は揃っていますが、目的によっては自分達で用意するのがベスト(我々は包丁を2本位用意すれば良かったと思いました) とにかく綺麗な施設で別荘に来た気分を味わえとても満足しました。"

"We had a small family reunion visiting my brother in Tokyo. This space was perfect for a large family -- plenty of space, lots of extra beds, a clothes washer, and good AC. It's about 8 minutes to the nearest train station, and we were about to get to places on the other side of Tokyo within 40 minutes. Hong was very responsive, and the check-in process was very smooth."

"The place is comfortable and clean for our group of eight adults. The rooms are quiet so we could all sleep well. The floor plan works great for our two families, with one set of bathroom on the first floor and one set on the second floor, we never feel crowded. JR stations are within walking distances. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Tokyo."

"We expect that the host provide tea and coffee, sugar since all properties that we rented in the US provide them. Not convenient for the guest to buy those little things since we only stay couple nights."

"Overall, our stay was disappointing. Apartment was clean with close access to trains but host never bothered to tell us the place was located right in the middle of Korea Town which is not what we would want for a once in a lifetime stay in Toyko! Check in was terrifying after 20 hours of travel as the host neglected to inform us the key lock code was changed. Lots of difficulty regulating the heat and host was not as helpful with that as we would have expected. Never responded when we said we...

"Very well located to the bus station and a short walk to the subway. The stairs might be a bit strenuous for those who have to go all the way to the top floor, but there was plenty of space for luggage."
