"The food was surprisingly excellent, particularly the breakfast buffet. Dinner was also great. We had the salmon soup, salmon on beet risotto and the deer sirloin. All delicious. Unfortunately, although there were Northern Lights the night we were there, they were very hard to see because there is so much extra lighting around the hotel.
