"I rented this property in good faith. Upon arrival, I walked in and immediately was overwhelmed by a terrible odor. The floors were sticky. the oven was dirty and the sofa cushions were covered in hair and debris.There was dirt on the floors and the toilet connections were rusted. But overwhelmingly, the terrible odor was sickening. It caused me to feel nauseous and have a headache. When I opened the door to the air handler closet, I was shocked. It was filthy and looked like it was rusted and...

"We were looking for a quiet, safe, clean place to crash for a weekend sporting event. This more than fit the bill. It was MUCH nicer than the hotel were our friends stayed: also larger, with more privacy in a great, quiet location. The owner was more than attentive. "Had a few small issues that were qmcommunicated with the property manager on our arrival. They were not able to correct the issues before my stay ended but it was a minor inconvenience and the property manager communicated that they could not fix the problem quickly. To me, communication was handled so promptly that it didn't matter. Besides the lake, the views each morning, and the cleanliness of the overall property made a great week to come home each night after working in the area all day....
