RIMFIRE 406; 1 BEDROOM STUDIO, 1 BATH - BEDDING: QUEEN AND QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA. - This top-floor studio condo with cathedral ceilings, western views, and lots of light. Features a full kitchen with accessories and a gas fireplace. Quiet, relaxing, and roomy. Rimfire is the perfect location for your vacation. Right in the heart of The Village, close to all the action. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee at Starbucks, dine in one of our fine restaurants, relax in one of the hot tubs located in the complex, or walk to any of the shops, and restaurants.

LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Outdoor Hot Tubs; Elevators; Fitness Room; On-Call Resort Shuttle; Fireplace; Coin Operated Laundry Facility available in the complex, Bike Friendly Lodging.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

Updated House Rules:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, a selfie holding their driver's license for verification.
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.

Honestly everything is fine with property but I feel like they make you want to believe it has a balcony which it does not, which I wasn’t expecting because from the one photos I could tell it was just a sliding door with a railing to prevent you from falling but other people may just see the pic of the view with the railing and think they are getting a balcony but other than that the place is awesome, just think they’re trying to make it look like it has something that it does not but just pay attention to other pictures, would definitely stay again and probably will if I can rent it again next year for GNCC races

Quick ski getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our quick get away to Snowshoe. This unit was just the right size and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable and we are bed snobs! The rental management people were so helpful and gave us great recommendations! The only negatives: cell service is non-existent in WV so make sure you set up your GPS before you head here, and this unit is right above the hot tub so if you are early to bed people like us oldies bring a box fan! The snow was fabulous this winter!

Great Spot for a Romantic Getaway!

This quaint little studio condo was perfect for our two-night getaway! Only minor complaints were the very old appliances (dishwasher didn't really effectively clean the dishes) and the DVD player was dead. The other inconvenience was check-in which required a 15 minute drive off the mountain to pick up our keys and then drive back. Relatively small inconveniences that knock this from an overall 5-star to 4-stars for me. Still, once we were there and settled - and not minding a little hand washing - it was a beautiful spot in a well-kept building right on the mountain and in the village of Snowshoe. Good value for the money!

Quick ski getaway

Property was a great location. Furniture and appliances are clean , but dated. The unit is located above the hot tub area . Which could be a noise problem if you hv young Children trying to get to sleep at night -the hot tub seemed to be used until 11 pm and the volume does echo into the unit. It did not affect our trip and we actually found it comical listening to the conversations etc.

Clean and convenient

My daughter and I had such a wonderful weekend skiing together with our friends! We did have a tough time remembering how to get from the South side of the building to the North side, but finally by the end of our stay got it down 😂. We loved our room, even though we didn’t spend much time in it!

Awesome Stay

The room was fabulous, spacious enough to have 4 people comfortably with luggage. It was really nice having a full kitchen to make dinner or lunch. We really enjoyed the view and the events going on around us. Great Getaway!

406 was nicer than expected, what a great view!

Have been to Snowshoe several times and had a great stay. The western view from 406 is perfect and the room had everything needed to be comfortable. The only issue is that I found several stains on the mattress cover after removing the bedding materials for checkout.
